Job Title: HR Specialist

Location: Caesarea, Israel

Department: HR

Reports to: Human Capital Director

Job Description: The purpose of the role would be to contribute to the business growth along with taking charge of full-cycle recruiting processes in the organization.

This position will mainly be responsible for Recruitment and in addition will perform general HR duties, including but not limited:

Personnel file maintenance, data entry and administer day-to-day, changes and updates. Assist with miscellaneous project work. Perform additional duties as assigned.

This position is expected to evolve and take on additional responsibilities as our company continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities & Authorities:

Recruitment:

  • Planning, job profiling (JD), sourcing, interviewing, references check, etc.
  • Creating talent pipelines and sourcing passive candidates
  • Leading the full-cycle recruitment process alongside hiring managers
  • Supporting, facilitating and improving recruiting processes
  • Maintaining relationships with candidates to ensure an overall positive experience
  • Updating Job Descriptions on a regular basis

Other:

  • Back-office HR (Headcount reports, purchase orders, terminations etc.)
  • Execute & administer HR processes & programs
  • Research, recommend, and update policies and procedures
  • Member of the HR team, collaborating with the other team members and providing  support & back up upon need 

Experience Requirements:

2-3 years of recruiting & sourcing  experience

Strong sourcing skills - must

Extensive track- record with social networks such as LinkedIn & Facebook

Experience building and utilizing sourcing plans

Global recruiting experience – an advantage

Education:

Bachelor Degree – From a well know University - mandatory

MA – an advantage

Job Specific Skills (Languages, SW, systems, etc.'):

Strong (oral & written) communication skills in English – must

Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PP), Priority – advantage, WCHL – Advantage

HRIS system, recruiting system and LMS experience - preferred
